| Unfortunately we only booked a few day at Chilton Apartments towards the end of our holiday. Had we known how fantastic staying in "Rutherford Cottage" would be we would have rearranged our itinerary. Not only was the apartment spacious, "old world" and a joy to stay in, the village atmosphere terrific, but most importantly the hospitality and "can't do enough for you" attitude shown by Sheila made our stay absolutely memorable. For a stay/holiday to remember we would certainly recommend Chilton Apartments. Sheila we are sure the apartments/cottages will be a success story.

Our week long stay at Chilton House was wonderful! Great location, clean and comfortable with a great history. The village was beautiful and the people were friendly. We felt very welcome and would recommend Chilton House to everyone! Thank you, Sheila, for all your help! You are very kind indeed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We traveled for 31 days around Europe and my kids & their friends (ages 18-21) say that yours was their favorite place the entire month! Not bad considering I was particularly enchanted by the converted palace we stayed at in Venice!

| We stayed at the Tolkien cottage for a long weekend - absolutely brilliant. Fab location. Comfortable accommodation. Only downside is the storage heaters as we prefer central heating. The owners are exceptionally helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for such a warm welcome at Chilton Apartments. The apartments were wonderful and much bigger than in the photos! Such a lovely location and so close to the Harwell Campus. The village pub was great and very friendly too.
Thanks to Sheila for all the information she gave us about the area, and for the flowers on Mum's birthday!
We'll be sure to recommend the apartments to others.

An amazing find! We booked it as the base accommodation for a big family get together and this was perfect for people coming from the South West, the Midlands and the North.
It's warm, charming and restful and best of all spacious!

we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Chilton Apartments very much, The welcome was warm and the village is picture-postcard pretty. We found it very central and convenient: bus to Oxford from the village and the train to London just a few miles away suited us perfectly. Would certainly love to stay there again.

I recently spent a delightful two weeks in one of your apartments, and wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very comfortable and contained all the "comforts of home." I especially enjoyed the many TV stations available. I slept like a log. The total quiet is very soothing. The village of Chilton is a perfect example of a Real English Village that many Americans have read about but only a few have seen in person. I would highly recommend your accommodations to anyone who would like to stay in a typical English Village and enjoy the Real English Experience, with the utmost in comfort.
Congratulations on such a fine addition to the village. I wish you every success in the future!!
