Tolkien Cottage is a newly renovated two bedroom ground floor cottage containing a twin bedroom (or king-size on request) and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom contains a bunk-bed suitable for children or adults weighing under 65kg. All bed-linen + towels are provided. A travel cot can be provided free of charge on request.
The kitchen contains an oven + hob, microwave, washing-machine and fridge-freezer. All crockery & cutlery is supplied.
The lounge contains two leather sofas, coffee table, a small fold-down dining table, and flat screen digital TV (Freeview TV - 30 free channels). One of the sofas is a futon which can fold down to sleep 2 if required.
The bathroom contains a bath with overhead power-shower, basin & WC.
The cottage is heated throughout with easy temperature controlled storage heaters. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.
Free WiFi internet access is available.
The cottage also has its own private garden containing a clothes-line & bench. There is a back gate giving access to Townsend & Main Street.
