Lets can start and end on any day of the week you wish subject to availability.
All rates are per apartment/cottage per night. There is a minimum 2 night stay (4 nights during peak periods).
- A £50 key/security deposit is payable on arrival. This is returned at the end of your stay subject to any deductions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
- Re: All apartments/cottages - rates are based on up to & including 4 guests staying - for 5 guests + extra charges will apply.
- All our accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING.
- (+2) indicates the accommodation contains a futon sofa which folds down to sleep 2 guests if required. Extra charges may apply.
- Between July 1st 2013 - Aug 31st 2013 + Dec 21st 2013 - Jan 1st 2014 rates will be £99 per night (standard) and £109 per night (serviced) for all apartments (Halley, Churchill, Rutherford + Hawking). Rates for Tolkien + Lewis cottages will be £105 (standard) and £115 (serviced) for any length of stay (based on 4 guests or fewer). There is also a minimum 4 night stay requirement during this period.
- Pets - there is an additional charge of £5 per pet per night (Tolkien & Lewis only). A £100 key/security deposit is also required. Please state when enquiring.
